About the People

Jeff Erenstone, CPO

Chief Executive Officer

Jeff’s dedication to his clients and his passion for innovative design in prosthetic manufacturing led him to found Create Orthotics and Prosthetics along with partner Dan Kelleher in 2015. Prior to that, he has spent many years practicing as president and head clinician at his practice, Mountain Orthotic and Prosthetic Services in Lake Placid, New York.
In addition to his clinician practices, Jeff holds a position on the multiple Enable Community Foundation Advisory Boards. He is a member of the Mobility Saves Committee which is designed to educate stakeholders about the field of Prosthetic and Orthotics. Under his leadership, Mountain Orthotic and Prosthetic Services has developed as a center of excellence for adaptive athletes and Jeff has assisted hundreds of athletes in the development of innovative sporting device solutions. He is an in-demand speaker and panelist on the topic of 3D printing and its applications in the O&P industry. Jeff is an ABC Certified Orthotist Prosthetist.

Dan Kelleher

Chief Financial Officer

Dan’s passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, art, American manufacturing, and human empowerment led him to join the Create team as a partner and Chief Financial Officer in 2015. In addition to his role at Create, Dan is the Founder and Managing Principal at Giraffe Urban, a real estate and business investment firm focused on value-added real estate and seed-stage business investments. He also serves as the economic advisor to a regional land use regulatory agency. He holds a B.A. from Plattsburgh State University and a Masters of Regional Planning Degree from Cornell University.

Amanda Cash

Operations Manager

Amanda joined the Create team as the first “official” hire in 2015. She has an extensive background in customer service, as well as the organizational and entrepreneurial skills it takes to help start a new business. She serves as Create’s Operations Manager and oversees all the company’s day-to-day operations, including orders, shipping, inventory management, and customer service. Amanda is passionate about serving others and is active in her church and community. When she is not working for Create, she can be found teaching fitness classes, running, cross country skiing, or (along with her husband) chasing after her three children.

Gary Ziele

Director of Sales and Marketing

Gary became part of the Create organization in 2016. With many years of experience at various start up companies, he has been able to help guide the Create Sales and Marketing team in the right direction. As Director, his primary duties include creating and implementing successful sales strategies, educating clients on what Create has to offer while helping them through the sales process, designing various marketing campaigns, building new professional relationships and maintaining the positive reputation that Create has become known for. On his off time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing music with his friend and working out.

SarahRose Gabor

Research and Development Manager

SarahRose joined Create after graduating from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where she studied Biomedical Engineering. Her involvement in the orthotics and prosthetics field stemmed from an interest in biomechanics and the opportunity to enhance people’s quality of life. She loves seeing products through to fruition: from design iteration to testing to patient and practitioner feedback. Outside the office, SarahRose enjoys skiing, hiking, and everything else the Adirondack Mountains have to offer.
